Our Pregnancy Strength class is tailored for each trimester, to help maintain fitness throughout your pregnancy, manage aches and pains, keep optimal baby positioning and keep you strong for when baby arrives. Mums and Bubs Strength
Strength is so important for Mums keeping up with their every growing little ones!
This class will teach you how to safely lift, with focus on strength movements like squats, deadlifts and upper body strength, whilst protecting your pelvic floor. Baby & children friendly, these classes are suitable for women with children aged 16 weeks - 15 months. |
Mums Return to Run Club
Return to Run classes will be running from Huxtable Park Chermside West.
Work with our Exercise Physiologists from 16 weeks postpartum onwards to safely progress back to running & higher intensity work. All welcome and a baby friendly class. We will work with you every step of the way, with pelvic stability and strength all the way back to running drills & 5km runs! |
Osteoporosis Strength
Osteoporosis strength is for women who have been diagnosed with osteopenia, osteoporosis, early onset menopause or are looking to be proactive in avoiding loss of bone mineral density.
The class alternates between upper and lower body, with lifting techniques including deadlifts, squats and press and core stability. This class is designed to help you get strong, safely and suitable to all levels of fitness. |
Golden Girls 65+
These classes are suitable for women over the age of 65, who are new to exercise.
Come and learn how to use exercise as medicine, and meet others. Classes involve chair based exercises, reformer pilates and falls prevention work. Suitable for beginners and those who have chronic disease, injury or pain. |
General Strength and Reformer
Our Strength and Reformer Pilates classes are a great workout, with a focus on strength, conditioning and core activation.
These classes are fast paced and challenging, a great progression for those who have finished rehabilitation but want to keep moving. These classes are open to everyone (men included) and our exercise physiologists will get you working harder and smarter. |
