Our Pear Reformer classes are a great workout, with a focus on strength, conditioning and core activation.
Open to everyone, these classes are fast paced and challenging and a great progression for those who have finished rehabilitation but want to keep moving.
Our Pear Reformer classes are run in our Reformer Studio, with a maximum of 8 people in the class.
Our semi private rehab classes focus on rehabilitation, using exercise to manage pain or chronic conditions, recover from injury or surgery and return to pain free function.
These classes are suitable for any stage of rehabilitation and use a combination of our reformer equipment, weights and other equipment.
Run in our gym space, with only 3 people in the class, our exercise physiologists can easily modify exercises for you where required.
Strength & Reformer
With a focus on strength conditioning and core activation this class combines work on the reformer machines and weights equipment.
Open to everyone and suitable for all fitness levels this class is a great progression for those who have finished rehab.

Work one-on-one with our Exercise Physiologists. In this format the exercise is tailored for you to help manage pain, support your rehabilitation journey and give you a challenging workout.
An individual class uses a combination of the reformer equipment as well as all other equipment in the studio.
