Our semi private classes focus on rehabilitation, using exercise to manage pain or chronic conditions, recover from injury or surgery and return to pain free function.
With only four people in the class our exercise physiologists can keep a closer eye on you and modify exercises where required.
The semi-private classes are suitable for any stage of rehabilitation and use a combination the reformer equipment, weights, therabands and other equipment.
Work one-on-one with our Exercise Physiologists in a private class, where we specialise the exercise to you and help manage any pain, support you on your rehabilitation journey or simply give you a challenging workout.
Whether you are an experienced athlete, just started with exercise or somewhere in between we can support you to achieve your goals.
An individual class uses a combination of the reformer equipment as well as all other equipment in the studio.
