Exercise Physiology for Pregnancy
Pregnancy causes so many changes in your body, not just your growing bump! Whether you are just getting started with exercise, are an experienced athlete, or just experiencing pregnancy aches and pains we are here to support you through pregnancy.
Our practitioners provide exercise classes and rehabilitation, aimed to provide relief and support to keep you moving all the way through to birth.
How our exercise physiologists can help:
Join one of our pregnancy Reformer Pilates Classes or Strength Classes.
Work with our Exercise Physiologists to help manage back or pelvic pain, gestational diabetes, abdominal separation or pelvic floor dysfunction.
Assist with optimal baby positioning to get baby the right way around for birth using a combination of exercises, stretches and postures in the studio and at home.
Train one on one in our studio with our Exercise Physiologists, or have a gym program designed / training plan suitably modified for each trimester
Pear also also offer specialised pregnancy massage, labour prep massage and our Pelvic Health Physio supports mum's to be in pregnancy as well.
