Pregnancy Reformer PilatesOur Pregnancy Reformer classes focus on core, pelvic floor and deep hip stabilisers, helping you to avoid those pregnancy aches and pains and prepare your body for labour.
The class is a low impact workout suitable for any trimester and includes a combination of work on and off the reformer equipment. Run in our Reformer Studio, our Pregnancy Reformer Pilates classes have a maximum of 8 participants. |
Pregnancy Strength
Our Pregnancy Strength class is tailored for each trimester, to help maintain fitness throughout your pregnancy, manage aches and pains, keep optimal baby positioning and keep you strong for when baby arrives.
The classes are run in a circuit format using our range of weights and equipment, with all exercises suitable for pregnancy. Our Pregnancy Strength class has a maximum of 8 people and is held in our gym space. |
