Prior to entry to classes, you must attend a prescreening appointment with our Exercise Physiologists.
At this appointment we will take any relevant medical history, see how your body is moving & work with you one on one with our Reformer Pilates equipment, so you can feel confident in classes that you are performing exercises correctly.
Pregnancy Reformer (Mondays 6.30pm, Wednesdays 5.45pm & 6.30pm, Thursdays 6.30pm, Saturdays 8am)
Our Pregnancy Reformer Pilates classes have specific focus on function, core, pelvic floor and deep hip stabilisers, helping you to avoid those aches and pains & prepare your body for labour & birth. A low impact but great workout suitable for any trimester.
Pinkmoves Cancer Rehab (Exercise for Breast, Bowel & Gynae cancer recovery) (Mondays 9.30am, Thursdays 11am)
Pinkmoves is an exercise class for women who have experienced cancer. Class runs for 45mins, and has a different focus on relaxation, aerobic work, movement and fun. You are able to attend Pinkmoves at any stage of your cancer treatment, including during chemotherapy, radiation & immunotherapy. Your Exercise Physiologists have experience with lymphedema, portacath, PICC lines, peripheral neuropathy & post surgical rehabilitation for mastectomy & hysterectomy.
Mums & Bub's Reformer (Beginner) (Mondays 10.15am, Wednesdays 9.30am, Fridays 10.15am)
Our Mums & Bub's Reformer Pilates classes have specific focus on strengthening your core, helping to recover after birth, keep you safely moving and return to exercise. Baby & children friendly, these classes are suitable for women with children aged 10 weeks - 10 months.
Semi - Private Reformer Pilates (Tuesdays 10.15am & 7.15pm, Wednesdays 7.15pm, Thursdays 8.15am, 9.30am & 7.15pm, Fridays 8am, Saturdays 7am)
Our clinical reformer pilates classes have specific focus on helping manage pain, recover from injury or surgery, and return to pain free function. These classes allow our Exercise Physiologists to keep a closer eye on you, with only 4 per class. Suitable for any stage of rehabilitation.
General Strength & Reformer (Mondays 5pm & 5.45pm, Thursdays 5.45pm)
Our Strength & Reformer Pilates classes are a great workout, with a focus on strength, conditioning and core activation! These classes are fast paced & challenging, a great progression for those who have finished rehabilitation but want to keep moving - or those who want to add Pilates in as an adjunct therapy whilst completing Exercise Physiology appointments.
