Prior to entry to classes, you must attend a prescreening appointment with our Exercise Physiologists. At this appointment we will take any relevant medical history, see how your body is moving & work with you one on one with our equipment, so you can feel confident in classes that you are performing exercises correctly.
Pregnancy Reformer Our Pregnancy Reformer Pilates classes have specific focus on function, core, pelvic floor and deep hip stabilisers, helping you to avoid those aches and pains & prepare your body for labour & birth. A mixture of standing work, equipment & movements - it's a low impact but great workout suitable for any trimester. Eligible for Private Health Rebates.
Pinkmoves Cancer Rehab (Exercise for Breast, Bowel & Gynae cancer recovery) Pinkmoves is an exercise class for women who have experienced cancer. Class runs for 45mins, and has a different focus on relaxation, aerobic work, movement and fun. You are able to attend Pinkmoves at any stage of your cancer treatment, including during chemotherapy, radiation & immunotherapy. Your Exercise Physiologists have experience with lymphedema, portacath, PICC lines, peripheral neuropathy & post surgical rehabilitation for mastectomy & hysterectomy.
Mums & Bub's Our Mums & Bub's classes have specific focus on strengthening your core, helping to recover after birth, keep you safely moving and return to exercise. A mixture of work on the equipment, in standing & on the mats. Baby & children friendly, these classes are suitable for women with children aged 10 weeks - 10 months. Eligible for Private Health Rebates.
Semi - Private Our semi private classes have specific focus on helping manage pain, recover from injury or surgery, and return to pain free function. These classes allow our Exercise Physiologists to keep a closer eye on you, with only 4 per class. Suitable for any stage of rehabilitation, these classes use a combination of our equipment. Eligible for Private Health Rebates.
General Strength Our Strength & Reformer Pilates classes are a great workout, with a focus on strength, conditioning and core activation! These classes are fast paced & challenging, a great progression for those who have finished rehabilitation but want to keep moving - or those who want to add more exercise in as an adjunct therapy whilst completing Exercise Physiology appointments, or as maintance!
