Our Pregnancy Reformer Pilates class has a specific focus on core, pelvic floor and deep hip stabilisers, helping you to avoid those pregnancy aches and pains and prepare your body for labour.
The class is a low impact workout suitable for any trimester and it includes a mixture of standing and movement work on and off the reformer equipment.

Mums and Bubs
Our Mums and Bub's classes have a specific focus on core strength help you recover after birth and return safely to exercise and movement.
The class includes a mixture of work on the reformer equipment, standing and lying down on the mats.
The classes are baby friendly and suitable for women with children aged 10 weeks - 10 months.

Our semi private classes have specific focus on rehabilitation, using exercise to manage pain or chronic conditions, recover from injury or surgery and return to pain free function.
With only four people in the class our Exercise Physiologists can keep a closer eye on you, and modify exercises where required.
The semi-private classes are suitable for any stage of rehabilitation and use a combination the reformer equipment, weights, therabands and other equipment.
Pink Moves Cancer Rehab
Pinkmoves is a rehabilitation exercise class for women who have experienced cancer.
You are able to attend Pinkmoves at any stage of your cancer treatment, even during chemotherapy, radiation and immunotherapy.
Our Exercise Physiologists will make you feel comfortable and have experience with lymphedema, portacath, PICC lines, peripheral neuropathy and post surgical rehabilitation for mastectomy and hysterectomy.
