Exercise Physiology for New Mums
Working with our women's health exercise physiologists can help transition you back to exercise safely after birth, with rehabilitation for your abdomen and pelvic floor and a graduated return to exercise, sport and running.
Our consultations include postnatal return to exercise clearance where we will screen your abdominal wall, pelvic floor, any pelvic girdle dysfunction and graduate you back to low intensity exercise Babies and children are always welcome at Pear, with Mums and Bubs classes and one on one appointments available every weekday morning. How Pear Exercise Physiologists support new mumsIf you are keen to get back to movement and want to do it safely, visit us for a postnatal return to exercise clearance, appropriate for 6 weeks post vaginal delivery and 8 - 10 weeks post c-section and intervention deliveries.
Join one of our Mums and Bubs Reformer Pilates Classes or Strength Classes. You can also work with our Exercise Physiologists to help with back or pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse or abdominal separation. |
