Working with our Women's Health Exercise Physiologists can help transition you back to exercise safely after birth, with rehabilitation for your abdomen and pelvic floor with a graduated return to exercise, sport and running.
Our consultations include a safe return to exercise screening where we discuss or check:
Babies and children are always welcome at Pear, with Mums and Bubs classes and one on one appointments available every weekday morning.
How we can help new mums
Join on of our Mums and Bubs Reformer Pilates Classes or Strength Classes.
Work with our Exercise Physiologists to help with back or pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse or abdominal separation.
Join our Return to Run program to progress back to running or higher intensity exercise, with running drills and strength work at our local Huxtable Park.
