Mums and Bubs Reformer PilatesOur Mums and Bubs Reformer Pilates class has a focus on core strength to help you safely recover after pregnancy and return to exercise.
This class includes a mixture of work on the reformer equipment and standing and lying down on the mats. The classes are baby friendly and suitable for women with babies roughly aged 10 weeks to 10 months (not yet crawling). Our Mums & Bubs Reformer classes are held in our Reformer Studio, with a maximum of 8 people. |
Mums and Bubs Strength & HITTThis class will teach you how to safely lift with a focus on squats, deadlifts and upper body strength, whilst protecting your pelvic floor.
In this class you will also safely progress back to higher intensity exercise, starting with pelvic stability and strength, moving up to more intensive exercise like running drills. These classes are suitable for women 16 weeks postpartum and are baby and children friendly. Our Mums and Bubs Strength and HITT classes are held in our gym space with a maximum of 8 people per class. |
