Mums and Bubs Reformer Pilates
Our Mums and Bubs Pilates class has a focus on core strength to help you safely recover after pregnancy and return to exercise.
This class includes a mixture of work on the reformer equipment and standing and lying down on the mats.
The classes are baby friendly and suitable for women with babies roughly aged 10 weeks to 10 months (not yet crawling).
Mums and Bubs Strength
Strength is so important for mums to keep up with their ever growing little ones.
This class will teach you how to safely lift with a focus on movements like squats, deadlifts and upper body strength, whilst protecting your pelvic floor.
Baby and children friendly, these classes are suitable for women with children aged from 16 weeks to 15 months.
Mums Return to Run Club
Our Mums Return to Run class operates from Huxtable Park in Chermside West.
In this class you will work with our Exercise Physiologists to safely progress back to running and higher intensity work. We work with you every step of the way, starting with pelvic stability and strength, moving up to running drills and 5km runs.
This class is for suitable for women 16 weeks postpartum and a baby friendly class.
