Class Timetable

Prior to entry to these classes, we ask that you attend a prescreen appointment with our Exercise Physiologists. At this appointment, we take any relevant medical history, pregnancy/postnatal status, complete some biomechanics screens, troubleshoot and assess any aches, pains or concerns. and work with you one on one with our equipment!

Class Descriptions
Pear Reformer - A challenging reformer pilates workout with a focus on strength, conditioning and core activation. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Semi-Private Rehab - Use exercise to manage pain or chronic conditions, recover from injury or surgery and return to pain free function. Suitable for all stages of rehab. Maximum 3 people.
Strength & Reformer - With a focus on strength conditioning and core activation this class combines work on the reformer machines and weights equipment. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Pregnancy Reformer - A low impact reformer pilates workout with a focus on your core, pelvic floor and deep hip stabilisers. Suitable for all trimesters.
Pregnancy Strength - A circuit format using a range of weights and equipment, to help maintain strength and fitness throughout pregnancy. Suitable for all trimesters.
Mums & Bubs Reformer - Safely recover from pregnancy and return to exercise using our reformer pilates machines. Babies are welcome.
Mums & Bubs Strength - Safely lift weights and strengthen your body after pregnancy and progress back to higher intensity exercise. Baby and children friendly.
Cancer Rehab - A rehab class for women who have experienced cancer, suitable at any stage of your cancer treatment, even during chemotherapy, radiation and immunotherapy.
Osteo Strength - The class alternates between upper and lower body, with lifting weights to support bone mineral density. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Golden Girls 65+ - Suitable for women over the age of 65, to learn how to use exercise as medicine, including chair based exercises, reformer pilates and falls prevention work.
