These are great, practical tips for anyone struggling with movement during the pandemic. I think a lot of us can get pressured by thinking we need to be doing hard-hitting work, or that if we’re not sweating and exhausted, then we haven’t really “exercised”—we often forget that the most important part of movement is just showing up. Whether that’s for a short walk, a 10-minute yoga sequence, or even just dancing around to your favourite playlist, every bit of movement honours your body. BTW, I love the term “exercise snacks”! That’s a great way to reframe your thinking positively. Definitely sharing this with my friends. Thank you!
