At Pear we offer several services to support new mothers, and we are always a baby and children friendly practice! We also have a Mum’s friendly cafe located right next door Apricot Coffee - which serve decaf and breastfeeding friendly treats.
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Our specialist physiotherapy team can help support you reach your optimal health & support recovery after delivery. We work with pelvic floor issues or musculoskeletal injuries, and treat and educate on many different conditions such as diastasis recti, incontinence, pain with sex, endometriosis, prolapse and pessary fitting.
Women’s Health Exercise Physiology
Our Women's Health Exercise Physiologists can help you to safely return to the exercise & training you love, as well as support rehabilitation for diastasic recti, pelvic floor dysfunction and back or pelvic pain in new mothers. We also have a ‘return to running’ program!
Remedial Massage Therapy
Our therapists have specialist training in postnatal recovery, including c-section scar tissue massage, and appointments are baby friendly!
Work face to face or virtually (Telehealth is always an option, which can make it much easier with a little one in tow!) with our clinical to help with postnatal depletion, digestive issues or food intolerances.
Mums & Bub’s Reformer Pilates, Strength & HIIT classes
Over 8 Mums & Bub’s specific classes running a week, every morning of the week! Prior to starting the classes we require you to attend a prescreening appointment with one of our team, where we can assess your abdominal wall, pelvic floor and work with you one on one on our equipment, and are able to individually tailor to you within the larger classes.
