Osteoporosis strength is for women who have been diagnosed with osteopenia, osteoporosis, early onset menopause or are looking to be proactive in avoiding loss of bone mineral density.
The class alternates between upper and lower body, with lifting techniques including deadlifts, squats and core stability.

65+ Golden Girls
These classes are suitable for women over the age of 65, who are new to exercise. Come and learn how to use exercise as medicine, feel comfortable with movement and socialise with other class memebers.
The class involves chair based exercises, reformer pilates and falls prevention work.
This class is suitable for beginners and those who have chronic disease, injury or pain.
