Exercise can help in management of Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, Insulin resistance and PCOS.
We can assess your blood glucose diary, create an individualised exercise program to help control your blood glucose, reduce your insulin or metformin medication, and better control your weight.
We work closely with your GP, dietitian, midwife and diabetes educator.
