Pregnancy causes lots of changes in your body, not just your growing bump!
Pregnancy hormones loosen your joints, increases your blood volume, increases your resting heart rate and your breathing rate. You may feel a bit unbalanced, and your pelvic floor is required to do more work.
At Pear Exercise Physiology, all of these changes are taken into consideration for our exercise prescription, to correctly strengthen your body & best support you during your pregnancy.
